Jharkhand, Bihar StCBs join hands to boost growth

A delegation led by Ms. Bibha Singh, Chairperson of the Jharkhand State Cooperative Bank, visited the headquarters of the Bihar State Cooperative Bank in Patna on Wednesday.

On the occasion, she was warmly welcomed and felicitated with a bouquet and a traditional shawl by Ramesh Chandra Chaubey, Chairman of the Bihar State Cooperative Bank.

The visit marked a significant step towards strengthening inter-state cooperation in the cooperative banking sector. During the meeting, both sides held detailed discussions on various initiatives and strategies being undertaken to promote the growth and development of cooperative banks in their respective states.

The event was attended by the Chairpersons of Gopalganj District Central Cooperative Bank, Pataliputra District Central Cooperative Bank, and Vaishali District Central Cooperative Bank. The former Chairman of Nalanda District Central Cooperative Bank, along with other senior officials and representatives, was also present.

The interaction highlighted a shared commitment to enhancing institutional capacity, improving financial inclusion, and fostering collaborative efforts for the overall progress of the cooperative banking sector.
