A blood donation camp was organized at Sahakar Bhawan, Jaipur on Wednesday by the state co-op department. Registrar of Cooperative Societies of Jaipur Dr Neeraj K Pawan also participated in this camp.
To motivate people and set an example, Registrar Neeraj K Pawan also donated blood, according to reports coming from Jaipur. On this occasion, Pawan urged people to offer blood for the benefit of needy people.
Pawan also stressed that blood is an organic product that cannot be made in factories. Besides, human body has surplus blood which can be donated without any actual loss to the donor, he added.
The Blood donation camp was jointly organized by Health Welfare Blood Bank and Cooperative Department.
