Former MLA of Patan legislative assembly constituency and former president of Sihora Krishi Upaj Mandi, Pt. Neelesh Awasthi has been made the administrator of Jabalpur District Central Cooperative Bank in Madhya Pradesh.
The state government has issued the order on Tuesday. Awasthi is associated with the Congress Party.
Soon after the notification, Awasthi took the charge of the bank as the administrator.
Earlier, Congress leader Ghanshyam Tiwari had been appointed as the administrator in Vidisha District Cooperative Bank in MP.
