Induction Training Program for new KSSFCL staff

Karnataka State Souharda Federal Cooperative Ltd. (KSSFCL) organized a five-day Induction Training Program for its new staff from March 17 to 21, 2025, at Souharda Soudha, Margoosa Road, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru. The program aimed to familiarize new employees with the organization’s vision, responsibilities, and financial discipline.

The program was inaugurated on March 17, 2025, by G. Nanjana Gowda, President of KSSFCL, who lit the ceremonial lamp. In his address, he emphasized the significance of Souharda Cooperatives, stating that every village should have one.

He highlighted KSSFCL’s efficiency and the crucial role of its staff as a bridge between people and cooperatives, working with self-confidence, discipline, and integrity. He encouraged new employees to collaborate responsibly to fulfill the cooperative’s objectives and uphold financial discipline.

Additionally, he stressed the importance of respecting elders and mentoring younger staff members while ensuring cooperative societies function as per planned guidelines.

Sharanagouda G. Patil, MD of KSSFCL, delivered the introductory speech, describing the training as a unique initiative for new employees. He noted that such programs equip staff with the necessary skills and values to contribute effectively to the cooperative movement.

Shivakumar Biradar, Training Officer, welcomed the guests, and Mrs. Harshaprabha led the program with a prayer.

A total of 29 new staff members participated, along with senior officers, head office personnel, Bengaluru division staff, and Dava Panchayat Court representatives.

The interactive sessions aimed to enhance teamwork, leadership, and cooperative management skills among the attendees.
