India’s Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates visited the stall of the National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd. (NAFED) at Gulfood 2026, being held in Dubai, underscoring India’s strong cooperative presence at one of the world’s largest food and beverage exhibitions.
The NAFED stall showcased a diverse range of agricultural products from India, including pulses, spices, oilseeds, cereals, and value-added agri commodities, drawing keen interest from international buyers and trade representatives.
During the visit, the Ambassador interacted with NAFED officials and appreciated the federation’s efforts in promoting Indian agri produce on global platforms.
The visit highlighted NAFED’s pivotal role in strengthening India’s cooperative movement, supporting farmers through assured marketing, and expanding international market linkages for Indian agricultural products.
