Impressive show by Dharampeth Mahila Multistate Co-operative

Nagpur (Maharashtra)-based Dharampeth Mahila Multistate Co-operative Society, a leading financial institution founded on the principles of women empowerment and cooperative values, has achieved an impressive milestone, with total business crossing Rs 2,335 crore as of March 31, 2025. This includes deposits of Rs 1,529 crore and loans disbursed amounting to Rs 806 crore.

Marking its entry into the 32nd successful year, the society continues to grow steadily with the support of its members, account holders, and well-wishers.

The society boasts a membership base of 1,19,189 and maintains low-interest rates on loans while offering higher returns on deposits—helping members during challenging times. It has consistently met audit targets and declared a dividend of Rs 2.25 crore to its members for the financial year.

With 50 branches offering digital and modern banking services, the society is technologically equipped with facilities such as mobile banking, RTGS, NEFT, ATMs, and POS machines. It also partners with major insurers like LIC and NFT for financial services.

The society’s headquarters features a fully air-conditioned auditorium and seven guest rooms. New initiatives like the “Ghar Durasthi” scheme, which offers a 12% discount for women borrowers, highlight its customer-centric approach. Additionally, it offers fast-track, low-paperwork loan services aimed at reaching more women and empowering them financially.

Various social initiatives, including free health check-ups, blood donation drives, and educational seminars, continue to be a part of the society’s ongoing community development efforts.
