iGOT Karmayogi Workshop in Cooperation Ministry

A capacity-building workshop on the iGOT Karmayogi platform was held at Hotel Ashoka, with active participation from senior officials and staff of the Ministry of Cooperation. The session was attended by Additional Secretary Pankaj Kumar Bansal and Joint Secretary Anand Kumar Jha, along with other ministry officials.

The workshop focused on enhancing administrative efficiency through digital learning and modern governance practices. Key sessions covered capacity building, e-governance, work efficiency, and innovative service delivery mechanisms. Officials were introduced to role-based customized courses on the iGOT Karmayogi portal, enabling continuous, flexible, and on-demand learning.

The platform’s emphasis on practical modules for performance improvement and certification upon completion was also highlighted. Participants showed keen interest and actively engaged in the sessions.

Reinforcing the vision of “Sahkar Se Samriddhi,” the workshop underlined the importance of collaboration, transparency, and skill development in strengthening the cooperative sector and improving public service delivery.
