Marking the International Year of Cooperatives (IYC) 2025, IFFCO conducted an intensive training program for Assistant Development Officers (ADOs) from Uttar Pradesh.
The program aimed to strengthen grassroots cooperative development by equipping ADOs with updated knowledge and practical tools. Key sessions focused on new initiatives launched by the Ministry of Cooperation and emphasized sustainable agricultural practices, particularly the use of Nano Fertilizers.
Through this initiative, IFFCO sought to enhance the capabilities of field-level officers in promoting environmentally friendly and cooperative-based agricultural models.
The training underscored the importance of empowering rural functionaries to drive change from the ground up, supporting both productivity and sustainability.
This effort is part of IFFCO’s broader commitment to building a robust and self-reliant cooperative ecosystem in alignment with the national agenda for cooperative-led rural development.
