PTI reports the IFFCO management has suspended its 11 officials for their alleged dereliction of responsibility in taking measures to avoid a blast in the PSU’s Phulpur plant.
The accident had killed 2 persons and injured 14 others. IFFCO had announced compensation without delay.
IFFCO MD Dr U.S Awasthi had ordered an inquiry into the incident, PTI adds.
