During the ongoing ICA General Assembly at Spain, IFFCO signed an MoU with Angkasa to supply the newly developed Nano Urea liquid in Malaysia.
The MoU has been signed by Marketing Director Yogendra Kumar on behalf of IFFCO in the presence of Minister of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives YB Tan Sri Noh Bin Haji Omar.
On this occasion, ICA-AP President Dr Chandra Pal Singh Yadav, IFFCO Chairman Dileepbhai Sanghani, Tarun Bhargava and others were present.
Soon after the signing of the MoU, the IFFCO MD shared the details on social media.
The MoU is aimed at opening more business opportunities for cooperative movements in Malaysia and India.
Through the MOU, co-operatives involved in the plantation and agriculture industries are due to obtain a supply of the nano urea – an environmentally friendly and safe fertiliser – at a reasonable price, reports Malaysian news outlets.
Entrepreneur Development and Co-operatives Minister Noh Omar is quoted saying the collaboration would help in the government’s effort to empower the agricultural sector.
