IFFCO’s Uttar Pradesh based Aonla unit has bagged the 23rd National Award for Excellence in Energy Management. The award is bestowed by the Confederation of Indian Industries CII- an umbrella organization of industries.
Sharing the news on social media IFFCO MD Dr U S Awasthi said, “Congratulations to #IFFCO Aonla-II Unit @RakeshP59620767 & team for being awarded as “Excellent Energy Efficient Unit” from @FollowCII Hyderabad in 23rd National Awards for Excellence in Energy Management 2022. Good to know that our efforts for energy saving are being recognized”.
Replying to Awasthi’s greeting, Puri wrote, “Thanks a lot Sir for your encouraging words. It matters a lot to us and we strive to do even better”.
The objective of the Award Scheme is to recognize and award excellence in Energy Management in the Industrial Sector and facilitate sharing of information on Best practices & technologies.
