The Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank created a milestone by crossing the Rs 10,000 crore loan portfolio. Buoyed up with the achievement, the bank’s Managing Director Sharwan Manta lost no time in sharing the news with the Indian Cooperative through WhatsApp.
“It’s a big achievement for the Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank and many more to come in the future. The recently launched loan schemes are showing good results and getting good response from the borrowers”, said Manta.
It bears recalling that the bank recently launched schemes like the HPSCB Sashakt Mahila Rin Yojna and the ‘Sapno Ka Sanchay’.
HP State Cooperative Bank achieved a business mix of Rs 22,784 crore which included 14,132 crore of deposits and 8,652 crores of loans & advances in the 2022-23 FY. The bank earned a net profit of Rs 159 crore.
