In a major achievement, the Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank (HPSCB) has crossed the Rs 1,000 crore mark in its Retail House Loan portfolio, benefiting over 11,000 customers.
The bank shared this on its social media platforms, captioning it, “Congratulations to cross Retail House Loan portfolio above Rs 1,000 crore, ”it said.
The newly introduced loan scheme of the bank is coming up with good results, which is designed to meet the increasing demand for housing finance.
HPSCB’s home loan products cater to a wide range of needs, including the purchase or construction of land, houses, or flats. Some key features of these loans included, Loan amounts of up to Rs 75 lakh, Minimal processing fees, No hidden charges and No prepayment penalties.
