Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank (HPSCB) Chairman Devendra Shyam, met Union Minister of State for Cooperation Muralidhar Mohol, at Atal Akshay Urja Bhawan, New Delhi, on Thursday and extended a formal invitation to attend the upcoming National Cooperative Conference to be held in Shimla on 13–14 September 2025.
Shyam was accompanied by HPSCB Managing Director Sharwan Manta, who briefed the Minister about the theme of the event, “The Cooperative Renaissance: Shaping India’s Future Through Collective Cooperative Strength-Celebrating IYC 2025.”
The two-day event will also host the Board Meetings of NAFCRD, NAFSCOB, and COBI, bringing together key stakeholders from across the Indian cooperative sector.
The conference will showcase success stories of leading cooperative brands like Amul, Nandini, and others, highlighting the transformative power of cooperatives in India’s development.
Soon after the meeting, Minister Mohol shared the meeting photographs on his social media platforms.
The event, scheduled to be held at Hotel Peterhoff in Shimla, promises to be a milestone in celebrating the International Year of Cooperatives (IYC) 2025.
