In a significant boost to cooperative banking infrastructure in Himachal Pradesh, the newly constructed building of the Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank (HPSCB) at Lunapani, Nerchowk in District Mandi was virtually inaugurated on Thursday by the Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu.
The state-of-the-art facility marks a major step forward in strengthening banking services and providing improved access for the people of the region. The new building reflects HPSCB’s ongoing efforts to enhance customer experience and expand modern banking infrastructure across Himachal Pradesh.
The inauguration ceremony witnessed the gracious presence of HPSCB Chairman Davender Shyam, accompanied by Board of Directors members Pitambar Das Negi, Keshav Nayak, Bharat Bhushan Mohil, Preaybrat Sharma, Dr. Jagdish Chander Sharma and others.
Bank’s Managing Director Shrawan Manta, senior officials of HIMUDA, and dedicated employees of the bank were also part of the event.
The new Lunapani building is expected to significantly enhance service delivery, bring modern amenities to customers, and support the bank’s commitment to driving financial inclusion across the state.
