Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Deputy Speaker Hans Raj has ordered an inquiry into alleged mismanagement of funds in the Deoli Cooperative Society. The inquiry would be carried out by the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Department, the deputy speaker said, reports Tribune.
Informed of graft in revenue offices, the deputy speaker instructed the district administration to display telephone numbers of vigilance officials where people could submit their complaints.
Speaking on the occasion, the deputy speaker said the state govt. was sincerely working to boost development so the welfare of the people at large could be ensured.
