Tribune’ reports HAFED recently contributed Rs 10 crore to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
Haryana Cooperation Minister Dr Banwari Lal, and HAFED Chairman Kailash Bhagat gave the cheque to CM Manohar Lal Khattar.
Haryana’s largest cooperative federation, HAFED came into existence in 1966 with the formation of Haryana as a separate state.
The federation works for the farmers of Haryana by extending help in agriculture production, marketing and agri-processing.
