Gujarat Governor Acharya Devvrat has given his consent for inaugurating the Banana Fiber Training Centre at Vagusana village in Bharuch district built by the marketing co-op Gujcomasol.
Gujcomasol Chairman Dileepbhai Sanghani shared the news through his twitter wall.
Through the training centre, Gujcomasol will train farmers to produce banana fibre. The banana fibre is piling up in paper mills in eastern India.
It is said that Gujcomasol will handle the marketing of banana fibre, which will be manufactured by farmers.
