The Sahakar Bhavan constructed with an aim to setup a Cooperative Training Centre in Goa has been lying idle even after a year of its inauguration. The Bhavan was built at a cost of around Rs 4.50 crore, reports Navhind Times.
The Bhavan at Curti Ponda comprises an area of 3,000 sqm. The state government has not allocated necessary funds for the Sahakar Bhavan, sources say.
The Sahakar Bhavan has not been provided with funds nor any serious efforts initiated to make it functional, say sources.
