Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF) Chairman Ashokbhai Chaudhary, along with Vice Chairman Gordhanbhai Dhamelia, on Thursday visited the Amreli District Milk Producers’ Union Ltd. (Amar Dairy), Amreli, where they were given a warm and grand welcome by NCUI and IFFCO Chairman and Founder-Chairman of Amar Dairy, Dileepbhai Sanghani.
The delegation was received by Amar Dairy Chairman Ashwinbhai Savaliya and the entire Board of Directors in the presence of senior Amul officials.
The visiting leaders expressed their appreciation for the cordial reception and lauded the strong cooperative spirit and farmer-centric approach of Amar Dairy.
During the visit, detailed discussions were held on Amar Dairy’s ongoing and future initiatives, including the honey rearing centre, embryo transfer technology, the Center of Excellence for Gir cows, and proposed expansion plans.
The leadership praised Amar Dairy’s adoption of innovative practices and modern technologies aimed at enhancing farmers’ incomes, ensuring quality milk production, and further strengthening the cooperative dairy system, describing its efforts as truly commendable.
