Fish Festival: Fishcopfed’s stall at India Gate lawns

Fishery Cooperatives showcased their products during the three day National Fish Festival organized by National Fisheries Development Board (NFDB) at India Gate Lawns.

The apex body of fishery cooperatives Fishcopfed set up a stall during the festival which attracted a large number of visitors. All the while a heavy crowd was seen thronging around the Fishcopfed stall, claimed officials.

The news about the fish festival was shared by Fishcopfed MD B.K.Mishra through Whats App. In a photograph sent to Indian Cooperative, Mishra and other officials were seen greeting the National Fisheries Development Board Chief Executive I. Rani Kumudini when she came to their stall.

The three-day festival offered a smattering of lip-smacking fish delicacies like fish salami kebabs, fish biryani, Hyderabadi prawn biryani, fish pullusu, shorshe ilish and others.

The Mela was kicked off on Friday i.e. 26th April and concluded on Sunday.
