Fadnavis inaugurates Abhinandan Urban Co-op Bank’s HQ

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday inaugurated and unveiled the stone plaque of the new Head Office building of Abhinandan Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd. in Amravati, marking a significant milestone in the bank’s growth journey.

With 10–11 branches already operating successfully across the region, the new main branch building symbolizes the bank’s steady progress and commitment to excellence.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi established a dedicated Ministry of Cooperation, the first of its kind in India, and appointed Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah to lead it. Under his leadership, several reforms are being implemented to strengthen the cooperative movement and promote inclusive growth.

The event was attended by Minister of State Dr. Pankaj Bhoyar, several MLAs, and others from the cooperative and banking sectors.
