The former Chief Minister of Bihar Rabri Devi ties rakhi on Biscomaun Chairman Sunil Kumar Singh’s wrist on Wednesday.
An emotional Singh shared photos through social media. He wrote, “Emotional and soulful relation is more than the relation of blood. Anyway, on the auspicious occasion of Rakshabandhan , I extend my hearty congratulations and best wishes to all the people of the state”.
