Despite Covid, Etawah District Cooperative Bank in Uttar Pradesh has earned a profit of Rs 1.86 crore in 2019-20 financial year, it was announced in the meeting held at Mainpuri on Saturday last week which was inaugurated by its Chairman and Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party Supremo Shivpal Singh Yadav.
The chairman congratulated BoDs, bank officials and account holders and urged them to strengthen the cooperative bank to the best of their ability.
Kuldeep Kumar, Secretary, read out the details of the annual income and expenditure, which was praised by the gathering with a thunderous applause. With this, the Secretary put up proposals for the upcoming schemes.
