The employees of the Jammu and Kashmir State Cooperative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Ltd (J&K SCARD Bank) staged a protest recently, demanding the immediate release of their pending salaries.
The protesting employees raised their voice against the bank management’s failure to disburse salaries on time. Many of them have said that they are facing severe personal and financial problems meeting their basic living expenses.
The protestors have demanded immediate action from the bank’s administration to resolve the issue and ensure timely payment of their dues.
