Dubey threatens defamation case against Sen

Reacting to the allegations of bribery made by one of the directors of NFTC Jalaj Sen, Dr V K Dubey said, “he is making baseless allegations against me and I would file a defamation case against him for making a false comment on me”.

“Does he have any proof that I have taken a bribe of more than Rs 1 lakh to help the candidates standing in the NFTC elections that were held in January, of which I was appointed as returning officer”, Dubey asked?

He further added, “Even I was not given a single penny as my fees for conducting the elections of NFTC. So it’s wrong to make any allegations that are baseless. No irregularities had been done in conducting the elections and all have been done according to law”, Dubey claimed.

He was reacting to the comment on the news published by Indian Cooperative on Tuesday with the title, ” Arbitration ordered in case of Tourism & Transport Co-ops Fed”.
