Dombivli Nagari Sahakari Bank last week signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Tata Motors Ltd. (Commercial Division), one of India’s leading automobile manufacturers, formalizing a strategic partnership.
The MOU was signed by Mrs. Nandini Kulkarni, Vice-Chairperson of the Bank, and Rishi Suri, Zonal Head, Tata Motors Ltd., in the presence of senior bank officials, including Parag Navare (DGM – Chief Credit Officer), Uday Joshi (AGM – Cluster Head), and Mrs. Shalaka Prabhu (AGM – Commercial Credit).
Under this collaboration, Dombivli Nagari Sahakari Bank will serve as the Preferred Finance Partner for Tata Motors’ commercial vehicle customers.
The Bank has launched a special loan scheme for prospective buyers, facilitating easier access to finance for commercial vehicle purchases. The initiative strengthens the Bank’s commercial lending portfolio and supports regional business growth.
