The Reserve Bank of India has extended its Directions to The Adoor Co-operative Urban Bank Ltd, Adoor, Kerala for a further period of one month, from December 10, 2022 to January 09, 2023, subject to review.
The UCB was first put under direction from close of business on November 09, 2018 for a period of six months, which were extended from time to time.
Other terms and conditions of the Directive under reference, as modified from time to time, shall remain unchanged.
