In her address, Ms Dieken will focus on how senior leaders can influence positive changes in crucial moments in their organizations.
She gives leaders guidance on how to improve performance. She is the founder of Influence360, a tool that helps leaders assess their influence pattern.
The World Credit Union Conference will be attended by high-level credit union leaders from around the world.
