Devinder Singh has been picked to head the apex co-op bank of the state, Punjab State Co-op Bank.
Singh is an IAS officer of 2010 batch and is currently the Director, Social Justice, Empowerment, and Minorities with some additional charges.
Singh has been placed at the disposal of the Department of Cooperation for posting as Managing Director of the Punjab State Cooperative Bank Limited, reads a media report.
