The Office of the Registrar Cooperative Societies (RCS), Government of NCT of Delhi, has issued a corrigendum updating the IYC-2025 Celebration Coordination Committee.

This revision comes in light of administrative changes, including the retirement of Hukamchand (ARCS) and the transfer of earlier committee members. Krishna Kumar Singh has been appointed as the new Registrar Cooperative Societies and will now lead the reconstituted committee.

The updated committee aims to effectively coordinate various events under the International Year of Cooperatives (IYC) 2025 celebration.

In addition, Dr. Mallika Kumar, Associate Professor at Shri Ram College of Commerce, has been nominated as a member for her notable contributions as a cooperative researcher and leader.

The committee now comprises 12 members including officials and leaders from various cooperative organizations.

These are Lekhraj Singh, Surinder Narang, Dr. Mallika Kumar,  Vinod (Banking Section), Vijay Mohan (Delhi Urban Cooperative Bank Federation),  Sunil Gupta (United Thrift & Credit Cooperative Societies), Suresh Bindal (IPAX Group Housing), JP Gulati, Rakesh Gupta (CGHS Dwarka), Ram Avtar Nayer (Rohini Home Federation), and Phool Singh (Handloom Cooperative Federation).

The committee is also empowered to co-opt additional members as needed to ensure successful and inclusive celebration events throughout 2025.
