Delhi co-op Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam has reacted angrily against arbitrary removal of co-op staff members and want a proper system of recruitment to be in place, say media reports.
Referring to Thrift & Credit Societies, he said that it was generally observed that the banks recruit staff at their own and there are no checks and balances, Gautam is quoted saying.
The Minister directed that a system should be developed by amending the relevant rules to make approval of Registrar of Cooperative Societies or any other competent authority mandatory in the process.
