Deendayal Upadhyay co-op farmers’ welfare loan launched

Pioneer reports Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has recently launched the Deendayal Upadhyay cooperative farmers’ welfare agriculture loan scheme.

Farmers will be given interest free loans up to Rs 3 lakh.

The state govt intends to disburse loans to 25,000 beneficiaries in the state for agriculture and farming equipment, pisciculture, herb cultivation, poultry, beekeeping and other related activities.

The chief minister distributed cheques for Rs 3 lakh each to 11 beneficiaries.
