Rajasthan Minister of State for Cooperation (Independent Charge) Gautam Kumar Dak inaugurated the newly established “Sahakar Gallery” at the RICEM campus in Jaipur on Thursday, launched as part of the International Year of Cooperatives 2025 celebrations.
The gallery has been set up by the Cooperation Department in collaboration with the National Cooperative Consumers’ Federation (NCCF), whose support played a key role in designing the visual narrative of the cooperative movement.
Dak said the gallery reflects the glorious journey of cooperatives and will serve as an inspiration for visitors. Showcasing the history, achievements and innovations of the cooperative sector, the gallery highlights how collective efforts can bring large-scale social transformation.
The minister reaffirmed the state government’s commitment to empowering farmers, women, youth and small entrepreneurs through cooperatives and advancing the vision of “Sahkar Se Samriddhi.”
Featuring thematic exhibits using clipboards, photo frames, digital screens and archival photographs, the gallery stands as a valuable knowledge centre for cooperative members and citizens.
