Yara Premier League 2022, a Corporate Box Cricket Tournament was organized by Yara Sports, Kothrud, Pune. Total 16 teams from various sectors like IT, Software, Finance, Pharmaceutical, Banking participated in this tournament.
In the semi-final, Cosmos Bank defeated the Incrust Software Team by 4 Wickets and Qualified for the Final Match of the Tournament. In the final match, Cosmos Bank defeated Avsyis Services by chasing their target of 15 runs and winning the final match without losing a single wicket.
Ranjeet Jagtap, Ashish Agnen and Prasad Shinde displayed outstanding performances. Ashish Agnen and Prasad Shinde were declared ‘Man of the Match’ for league matches while Ranjeet Jagtap was declared Man of the Match for the semifinal and final match.
Prize distribution ceremony of the said tournament was conducted at the auspicious hands of Hon’ble Chief Guest Ex- Mayor of Pune Murlidhar Mohol. On behalf of Cosmos Bank, Captain of winning team Nikhil Shewale received the Trophy and cash prize of Rs. 21,000/-
