On the auspicious occasion of Gudhi Padwa, The Cosmos Cooperative Bank has launched the Marathi website for its customers which gives detailed information on the Bank’s various schemes, services, activities, rates of interest on deposit & loan products etc.
Chairman-CA Milind Kale stated that this website will benefit the Bank’s Marathi Customers strewn across cities around the world. Elaborating Bank’s MD Mrs. Apekshita Thipsay said “Under the UPI the Bank has introduced Evok, an all-inclusive platform for payments and collection for small & medium scale entrepreneurs.
With this platform, entrepreneurs having their account with Cosmos Bank can make many types of collections and payments, enjoy facilities like QR Code etc. Due to the novel payment channel, entrepreneurs can offer their services more smoothly, which in turn would help to strengthen their businesses. Bank has developed its own application ‘SO-PAY’ informed Mrs. Thipsay on this occasion.
Chief Information Technology Officer, Arti Dhole informed that, at present Cosmos Bank has successfully crossed an important milestone of 10 Lakh daily transactions through its UPI system.
Director Arvind Tavare stated that, considering the expectations of customers, the Bank is updating, upgrading and developing its digital banking platform which is beneficial to customers. Tavare specifically mentioned that Cosmos Bank is following in the footsteps of ‘Digital India’ the vision of our Hon. Prime Minister.
