The Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS), Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India, has granted registration to the Construction & Infrastructure Labours Development Multi-State Co-operative Society Limited under the Multi State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002.
The society has been registered under Section 7 of the MSCS Act, 2002, and allotted Registration Number MSCS/CR/1663/2026. Its registered office is located at Alsa Woodbine Apartments, Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
The society’s area of operation is limited to the states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The registration comes with conditions, including a prohibition on undertaking any credit-related activities.
The society must operate strictly according to the provisions of the MSCS Act and Rules, 2002, read with the MSCS (Amendment) Act and Rules, 2023. In case of any conflict, statutory provisions will prevail over the society’s bye-laws.
