The newly elected member of Rajya Sabha from Gujarat and cooperator Narhari Amin is receiving greetings from all corners. Even Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani greeted him on his victory.
Nahari Amin is the younger brother of NCUI Vice-Chairman G H Amin and former Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat and is the Vice-Chairman of State Planning Commission. Amin is currently Director of Gujarat State Cooperative Union, of which his brother senior Amin is the Chairman.
Earlier, Union Minister of State for Agriculture Parshottam Rupala put a shawl on Amin and congratulated him for becoming the member of Rajya Sabha.
Several local cooperators of Gujarat including Dileep Sanghani have congratulated him. Besides, Gujarat State Cooperative Union organized a felicitation ceremony where scores of cooperators were present.
At present, he is also the Chairman of Gujarat University Central Cooperative Consumer Stores and Chairman of Gujarat State Cooperative Consumer Federation. He is the ex-director of Ahmedabad and Mehsana DCCB and Gujarat State Cooperative Bank.
