There is news coming in from Madhya Pradesh that Warehousing and Logistics Corporation has failed to quality control 4.80 lakh quintals wheat procured by cooperatives from farmers.
Due to this, the amount worth Rs 115 crore has got stuck.
The reason behind the improper wheat quality is lack of resources in cooperative societies involved in procuring wheat from farmers.
It bears recalling that the procurement of wheat from farmers on MSP is going on speedily.
