In yet another case of breaking new grounds, cooperative titan IFFCO launched Neem Cake-an organic manure fertiliser recently. The organic fertiliser is made from non-edible and de-oiled Neem cake fertiliser coming from Maharashtra.
Sharing the news IFFCO MD Dr U S Awasthi tweeted “Glad to share that IFFCO launched it’s another innovative product called non-edible de-oiled Neem Cake fertiliser from Maharashtra.”
Awasthi also informed that Neem Cake is an organic manure fertiliser for all crops and is rich in N,P,K and organic carbon. It protects roots from nematodes, soil grubs & white ants, MD added.
It is said the new organic fertiliser is not only meant to be used for all crops but also supposed to work against worms and white ants.
