Police recently nabbed an official working with the cooperative milk institute in Akola district fishery development office in Maharashtra for taking a bribe of Rs. 10,000 from Sayyad Alam.
Alam had requested the official to forward his proposal CD to Mumbai. Accusations have been made against the erring official Ganesh Outi for unnecessarily delaying proposals even in the past.
He would use a private agent for collecting the tainted money.
