The latest news is that Bihar cooperative minister Jai Kumar Singh’s 14 year old son Adarsh Kumar has shown signs of rallying but he is not yet out of danger. He is being treated in a Delhi hospital after a ragging incident in his school in Gwalior.
He suffered brain damage wile attempting suicide. He is being looked after by a team of competent doctors. Police say they will begin their investigation as soon as Adarsh’s health returns to normal.
Adarsh is a student of Scindia school in Gwalior and allegedly attempted suicide in the wake of ragging in the school. The matter attracted the attention of the local administration and a few staff including the warden was suspended.
CBSE has also taken note of the matter and has sent a notice to the Principal of the school. Jai Kumar is the cooperative minister in Bihar cabinet after Ramadhar Singh who had to vacate the position in the wake of divorce between JDU and BJP.
