There is a lesson for cooperatives in India in the news item that some co-operatives in foreign countries are interacting with people to dispel their fear about Covid Vaccine fall-outs.
One such co-op is Canada’s NorWest Co-op Community Health. The co-op has launched a campaign to extinguish misconceptions surrounding COVID-19 vaccines. “We’re here to try and dispel any myths and work with everyone so that we can put this pandemic behind us”, said a co-op member.
NorWest, an organization that focuses on community health and wellness, plans to tackle topics like vaccine hesitancy — which the World Health Organization named one of the top 10 threats to global health in 2019 — on social media platforms.
