Baljinder Singh, a resident of Patel Nagar, has lodged a complaint with the Election Commission (EC) against the Managing Director of Central Cooperative Bank Limited, Bathinda, reports the Tribune.
The complainant alleged in his complaint that Jagdish Singh Sidhu, who has been serving as the MD of Cooperative Bank for the past six years, was openly supporting the SAD.
He said whoever comes to his office for work, he starts canvassing for SAD candidate Sarup Chand Singla and asks the visitors to vote for the SAD if they want any favour from the bank.
