Police say cashier of a central cooperative bank in Dabalana in Bundi district in Rajasthan has defrauded the bank of Rs. 46 lakhs. A criminal case has been registered against him and he would soon be taken into custody, said police.
Following revelation of the fraud, the accused tried to commit suicide by consuming poison but would be arrested as soon as his medical treatment is over, claimed police.
