UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will soon inaugurate Bijnor district’s first ethanol plant constructed within the premises of Najibabad cooperative sugar mill, reports Times of India.
Sugarcane ethanol is an alcohol-based fuel produced by the fermentation of sugarcane juice and molasses.
It is supposed to be clean, affordable and low-carbon bio-fuel.
With the inauguration of the ethanol plant at Najibabad, the UP government has given a new life line to the cooperative sugar mill of Najibabad.
