Vishnu Deo Sai, Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, inaugurated a new branch of TJSB Sahakari Bank in the Katora Talab area of Raipur, stating that the expansion would strengthen cooperative banking and improve access to financial services for local residents.
During the inauguration, the Chief Minister also opened a 24-hour ATM at the bank premises. He paid floral tribute to Keshav Baliram Hedgewar.
Addressing the gathering, Sai said cooperative banks have always been reliable partners for common people. The new branch, he noted, will benefit small traders, self-employed youth, and aspiring entrepreneurs by providing easier access to banking facilities, thereby boosting local trade and economic activity.
He added that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the vision of “Sahkar Se Samriddhi” is being actively implemented in the state.
TJSB Chairman Sharad Gangal, Vice Chairman Vaibhav Singvi, and MD & CEO Nikhil Arekar were also present.
