A Cluster Level Training Programme for Chief Executive Officers and staff members of Souharda cooperatives in Chamarajanagar District was organised on Tuesday at the Cooperative Hall of the Merchant Souharda Credit Cooperative Society.
The programme aimed to strengthen administrative efficiency, operational management and awareness of cooperative functioning among officials and employees associated with Souharda cooperative institutions in the district. Participants were briefed on various aspects of cooperative administration, governance practices and member-centric service delivery.
Officials said such training initiatives play an important role in enhancing the professional capacity of cooperative staff and improving the functioning of grassroots cooperative institutions. Representatives from several Souharda cooperatives in the district attended the training programme.
