Quoting a tweet of RBI’ General Manager Yogesh Dayal, PTI reports that almost all the depositors (99.2%) of CKP Co-Op Bank will get their money from DICGC.
The UCB has about 1.32 lakh depositors. RBI cancelled its licence a couple of days ago.
CKP had deposits of Rs 485.56 crore, loans of Rs 161.17 crore and a negative net worth of Rs 239.18 crore.
