Dr Chandra Pal Singh Yadav, President of the International Cooperative Alliance – Asia & Pacific (ICA-AP), was felicitated by residents of Lalitpur during the “Bundeli Gaurav Samman” ceremony held in the historic Jhansi region, receiving heartfelt appreciation from the local community.
Dr Singh, a seasoned cooperative leader with over three decades of experience and currently at the helm of ICA-AP, expressed his deep gratitude to the people of Lalitpur and the event organisers for the honour bestowed upon him. He acknowledged the warm reception and thanked everyone present for their support and recognition.
The ICA-AP, one of the most influential cooperative organisations in the Asia-Pacific region, represents hundreds of member organisations and advocates for inclusive growth and sustainable development across the cooperative sector.
Dr Singh’s leadership has strengthened India’s cooperative movement on the global stage, emphasising grassroots empowerment and regional collaboration.
